Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Blaze fitness application and website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Account

To use certain features of Blaze, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Blaze reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

Blaze offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Billing Cycle: Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Free Trial: New subscribers to paid plans receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the selected plan.
• Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days written notice. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to Blaze, including workout logs, notes, and profile information. By posting content, you grant Blaze a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service.

Our Content: All workout programs, educational materials, branding, design, and software provided through Blaze are owned by Blaze Fitness Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing on others' rights.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service's operation.
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings. Blaze may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
• We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.
• You may request an export of your data prior to account deletion.
• Any outstanding fees remain due and payable.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Blaze makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Health Disclaimer: Blaze is not a medical service. The workout plans, nutrition suggestions, and fitness recommendations provided through the app are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before starting any new exercise or nutrition program.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blaze Fitness Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Blaze in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
